Ideal Motors proudly introduces IARA – Ideal Auto Refinishing Academy, a significant initiative aimed at strengthening Sri Lanka’s automotive industry through specialised technical education and professional skills development.
Established under the Ideal Mahindra Technical Training Centre (IMTTC) in collaboration with AkzoNobel Lanka (Pvt) Ltd, IARA is Sri Lanka’s first private institution dedicated to specialised automobile refinishing training. The academy is TVEC-approved and offers NVQ Level 4 training, providing aspiring automotive professionals with a recognised pathway to develop their technical expertise and pursue rewarding careers in the industry.
