At the Best Workplaces™ in Sri Lanka Awards Gala 2026, Ideal Motors was recognised with three notable achievements, further strengthening its position as an organisation that places its people at the heart of its growth and success.
The company was named the Rank 1 and Gold Medal Winner in the Small and Medium Category of Best Workplaces™ in Sri Lanka 2026. This recognition highlights the organisation’s continued focus on creating a positive employee experience, strengthening workplace practices and fostering an environment where employees can grow and succeed.
Adding to this achievement, Ideal Motors was ranked 18th among the Best Workplaces™ in Asia 2026 in the Medium Scale Category, making Ideal Motors the highest ranked Sri Lankan organisation in the category.
