Ideal Motors, in partnership with Gunasekara Auto Mart, proudly launched the Mahindra Service Camp on June 18th and 19th and Mahindra Genuine Spare Parts Dealer outlet open on June18th in Puttalam. This strategic initiative reinforces Ideal Motors’ commitment to delivering exceptional after-sales service and authentic Mahindra spare parts to its valued customers across the island.
The event was graced by Ideal Group Managing Director, Ms. Dilani Yatawaka, who officially inaugurated the Genuine Spare Parts Shop by ceremonially cutting the ribbon. She was joined by senior management including Mr. Sameera Bamunu Arachchi, Mr. Prasanna Manamperi, Mr. Sujeewa Amarasooriya, and members of the Ideal Motors technical team.
Following the opening ceremony, the Mahindra Service Camp commenced, offering free vehicle inspections, technical consultations, and expert servicing. The collaborative effort between the Ideal Motors technical team and the Gunasekara Auto Mart team ensured that Mahindra vehicle owners in the region received high-quality, hands-on support.
This service camp aims to strengthen Ideal Motors’ island-wide service network, giving Mahindra customers in the Puttalam area easier access to professional servicing and genuine spare parts.
