If your vehicle comes across any mechanical/electrical breakdown, traffic accident, loss of fuel, we ensure a hassle-free solution. Roadside Assistance package provides a range of services and solutions during unforeseen events of breakdown or emergencies.
Services offered by Ideal Motors Roadside Assistance:
- Island-wide Coverage
- Towing of your vehicle to the nearest Service Center
- On location repair for Minor work
- Flat Tyre Support
- Battery Jump-start
- Fuel Delivery
All the above mentioned services are offered Free of Charge (FOC) to all Mahindra vehicles under warranty. Other vehicle owner owners will have to make a nominal payment according to the assistance offered.

An expert technician specially trained by Ideal Motors will come and attend the inquiry.
We try to come to your assistance in less than 60 minutes from the inquiry.
Nevertheless, we will be giving an indicative time of arrival.
- Onsite Repair – Support regarding Minor Mechanical/ Electrical will be provided to get the vehicle road-worthy*
- Flat Tyre Support – In case of a puncture or tyre burst, the assigned executive shall support the Customer in getting it repaired from the nearest Tyre Repair Shop.
- Fuel Delivery – In the event of the vehicle running out of fuel while traveling, the assigned executive will provide support by arranging up to 5 liters of fuel. Note: The supply of fuel will be based on availability. Cost of the Fuel will have to be borne by Customer.
- Towing Assistance – In the unlikely event where the vehicle could not be made roadworthy on the site, customers can still ask us to tow the vehicle to the nearest service center.
